MAKING REACHING OUT LESS STIGMATIZED.

Mental health is rightfully losing its stigmatic role in society. However, taking the first step towards counseling remains challenging. To develop a chatbot that reduces the barrier to consultation, I led the consumer research efforts in Asia, from research design to analysis and strategic: recommendations.
