    Every new product and venture requires a human-centric approach to strategy, delving deep into user mindsets while distilling insights into high-level implications. Combining my expertise in strategy beyond digital products with agile methods, design thinking, UX knowledge, and research grounded in empathy and cultural finesse, I build the foundation to make businesses relevant to people. This involves creating personas, user/customer journeys, and stories that inspire both design teams and decision-makers.

I make these observations digestible and turn them into insights and trend reports that won’t end up collecting dust. Because I am particularly invested in Japanese brands, I am currently building a bespoke support service for Japanese clients looking to reach audiences outside of Japan.
